Roles We Hire For
We regularly welcome applications for the following positions across our credit recovery teams.
Credit Recovery Officer
Manage assigned debtor accounts by phone using our structured recovery workflow. Strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English required; local dialects are a plus.
Field Recovery Agent
Conduct professional on-site visits to debtors' business locations or residences, carry out interviews and gather the information needed for successful recovery.
Debt Tracing Executive
Go beyond data analysis — manually investigate and track down debtors who have become difficult to locate, supporting our tracing and investigation services.
Admin Assistant
Support daily operations, documentation and reporting, ensuring our processes stay aligned with PDPA 2010, AMLA 2001 and Bank Negara's Debt Fair Practice guidelines.
IT & Tech Support
Maintain our Volare DMS environment, telephony and secure data infrastructure — including encrypted backups and our hot-site contingency systems.
Internship & Fresh Graduates
Learn the collection industry from the ground up under experienced collectors with 3–10 years in the field.
